Keep building the picture
Great to see some stakeholders coming together. With Habitat for Humanity there is huge community involvement and support and the ongoing need for this to be maintained. These ‘groups’ also need to be included as stakeholders, as with the media and company’s or individuals making financial donations. You may also be able to find significant groups within the community that move into the key-stakeholder category (rather than just identifiable stakeholders in the wider community).
The media/publicity and the tax department/refunds probably link into stakeholders and key factors…

With a lack of response from the Soccer club I turned to my second option which is Habbitat for Humanity. The general consensus from them is that a database would be useful for such things as keeping track of tools or the people as aside from a website they have nothing. I have had one meeting with a board member and they are keen for me to look at ideas.

I am in the process of talking with Redwood soccer club about providing an IT solution for them either in the form of an updated website or in the form of a data base to keep track of players.
As a back up I am considering ideas for habbitat for humanity possibly a database or spreadsheetto keep track of applicants and donations/resources.
