The additional input for the Database is whether they were a financial supporter or a labouring supporter. This is so when they are contacted they can be asked for help in the correct area eg: not asking a financial donator who is maybe too old to be working on the build to give labour support.

ReplyDeleteIt is probably time for you to reflect on your progress and update your Gantt Chart (last update 18/3). Are you on track and has anything significant happened in the mean time? Has your proposed solution changed at all and/or has your brief changed significantly.
It might be useful also if you wrote a sentence about each of your key factors explaining the importance of them ... and similarly for your stakeholders.
