Good to see something started. There appears to be a lot missing, such as ... the proposal is to develop a computerised database system; who is it for specifically, who will have access to it? what language/application will it be written in ?(why this choice?), are there speed or system requirements? do you want to include photos of volunteers or projects? What are the output requirements? Have you thought about the number of underlying tables, or how you will track who has been involved in which project. Much of this needs to be in the brief and/or the design specifications/plan of the database system. If you have a separate plan then in needs to be referred to from the brief.
Well here is a first brief attempt. I am expecting a lot to be changed/added with futher meetings and beggining the creation process.
