Well some have been placed in new catagories and totally new ones added .Habbitat for humanity have changed the verbal
brief. They now want a database keeping track of volunteer information. This weekend I will have a meeting with Neil, the head of the board about what information they want the database to store
Cool, keep on it. It would be great to have a clear proposal! You can work on the way the data will be stored (flat file Lvl3 or relational Lvl4). Establish the range and type of outputs that they will find useful (including the lookup information) ... this will help determine what information needs to be stored and how. Then there are ethical issues regarding the capture and storage of personal information (assuming these issues haven't already been taken into account). Also expect the project requirements to develop over time.
